Telephone Banking

Telephone banking allows you access to your account twenty-four hours a day, three hundred and sixty five days a year. Most everyday transactions can be carried out over the telephone once you have answered some simple security questions and confirmed that you should have access to the account.

Benefits of telephone banking include:

  • Up to the minute balance on your account
  • Pay gas or electricity bills
  • Transfer funds to other banks
  • Set up, amend or cancel standing orders
  • Cancel Direct Debits
  • Stop cheques from being paid
  • Request statements
  • Order a new chequebook
  • Notify the bank of an address change
  • Report stolen cards
